? Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP / ERP & Finance Platforms Portfolio Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP transformation and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale portfolios, global ERP implementations, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders within the Life Sciences industry.
? Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage enterprise SAP/ERP portfolios and large-scale transformation programs.
Drive global ERP implementation and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
Manage portfolio priorities, programs, stakeholders, and transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to align ERP initiatives with organizational objectives.
Lead and coordinate global cross-functional teams across business, technology, and functional areas.
Manage executive stakeholder relationships, communication, governance, and strategic decision-making.
Drive transformation initiatives within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences environments.
Ensure effective portfolio governance, delivery alignment, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
? Mandatory Skills & Experience
✅ 12+ years of overall IT & Digital Transformation experience
✅ 5+ years managing enterprise portfolios or large-scale SAP/ERP transformation programs
✅ 5+ years leading global ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives
