Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliation and monitoring cash flow.
Ensure timely collection of payments through regular follow-ups, while maintaining healthy cash flow and organizational liquidity.
Prepare, arrange, and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial documents on a periodic basis.
Maintain a constant watch on the financial position of the company, expense & income projections, and provide detailed insights and analysis to management for decision-making.
Ensure timely filing of taxes and all statutory compliances by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all expenses, including petty cash, and facilitate periodic audits by the reporting authority.
Prepare and present quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports with detailed analysis.
Monitor budgets and make suggestions for cost optimization whenever possible.

Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including procurement, allocation, maintenance, and tracking of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
Oversee IT asset inventory, software renewals, user access management, and ensure adherence to the organization's IT policies and security protocols.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in handling finances for a Private Limited company, preferably in a service-based industry.
Robust knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in accounting tools (Zoho Books), Google Sheets and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
