1.Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 6+ Years | Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai | Function: Talent Acquisition
Partner with Partners and Practice Heads to understand and close hiring mandates.
Source and engage lawyers, build strong pipelines of high-quality active and passive legal talent.
Screen candidates for relevant practice-area experience, career progression, and cultural fit.
Manage interviews, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiations, and closures.
Ensure a seamless and qualified candidate experience.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with legal hiring exposure.
Understanding of law-firm structures, legal practice areas,
and lawyer profiles is preferred.
2.HR Consultant – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 2–4 Years | Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai | Function: Talent Acquisition
Source legal professionals through targeted searches.
Strong hands-on experience with job portals is mandatory.
Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and practice-area expertise.
Proactively engage with both active and passive legal talent.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline and ensure timely closure of hiring mandates.
Support market mapping and research to identify relevant legal talent.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus
2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with legal hiring exposure.
