This is a senior techno-functional role sitting between business and engineering. You'll embed with business teams, translate their pain into buildable solutions,



and drive them to production with Engineering Architects and Developers. Above all, this is a transformation role - you will change how teams and departments work and deliver measurable business impact across the firm. This is an AI-first role: Claude Chat, Cowork, and Code are core to how you discover, document, prototype, and deliver.
The Role at a Glance
Own outcomes across multiple business domains and drive firm-level impact.
Set the agenda for requirements, prioritization, and build-vs-buy decisions.
Partner with Engineering Architects and Developers from design through production.
Set the AI standard and mentor juniors to lift the wider team.
