Maxroof Corporation Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Sheeting Detailer to join our Design Team.
? Location: Pune
? Experience: 5+ Years
? Department: Design
? Employment: Full time
? Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month (Negotiable based on experience & expertise)

? Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed roofing and wall sheeting drawings for PEB projects
• Develop accurate roof, wall cladding and flashing layouts
• Prepare fabrication and installation drawings
• Review drawings for dimensions, material specifications and constructability
• Incorporate design revisions and client/consultant comments
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production and Project teams
• Resolve technical detailing and drawing-related issues
• Ensure drawings are completed accurately within project timelines

? Required Skills




• Strong knowledge of PEB roofing and wall cladding systems
• Expertise in sheeting detailing and drafting
• Good understanding of roofing profiles, accessories, flashings and insulation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant detailing software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and structural drawings
• Strong knowledge of dimensions, quantities and material specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to independently handle project detailing requirements
• Experience working on PEB / Industrial Shed projects will be preferred
