What You Will Be Doing
Drive Digital Demand Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Display Network, YouTube, RollWorks, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Quora, and other relevant platforms.




Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business priorities and Go-to-Market strategies and translate them into effective digital campaigns.
Work closely with content and design teams to develop compelling creatives and campaign assets.
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate investments across channels to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and campaign experimentation to improve engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
Deliver high-quality inbound engagement from target audience segments.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights, recommendations, reports, and dashboards.
Drive programs for SEO and LLM optimization for product focused keywords

Manage Marketing Automation & Customer Journeys
Support and manage Newgen's marketing technology ecosystem.
Design and execute lead nurturing, engagement, and drip marketing programs using HubSpot and related tools.
Optimize visitor-to-lead and lead-to-chance conversio
