Panigrahana Weddings is looking for a passionate, organised and people-oriented Wedding Planner to join our growing team in Goa.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a wedding journey — from the first client conversation and planning stage to vendor coordination and the final on-ground execution.

Your Role
As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating weddings while ensuring that every detail is planned, communicated and executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements, preferences, expectations and wedding vision
• Assist in planning and managing weddings from concept to execution
• Coordinate with clients, families, vendors, venues and internal teams
• Prepare and maintain wedding timelines, checklists, schedules and planning documents
• Coordinate venue visits, meetings and vendor discussions
• Manage vendor communication and follow-ups
• Coordinate logistics including accommodation, transportation, guest movements and event schedules
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution
• Assist with budgets, quotations, costing and planning requirements
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide timely updates
• Manage wedding-day operations and ensure timelines are executed smoothly
• Troubleshoot last-minute challenges and take quick, practical decisions on-ground
• Coordinate with the internal team and delegate responsibilities during events
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors throughout the planning process.
