Assistant Manager- HR Operations

Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager – HR Operations will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR compliance, payroll coordination, HRMS administration, employee documentation, and HR process governance.

The role requires a high degree of accuracy, ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail, along with solid coordination and communication skills. The incumbent will work closely with employees, business teams, payroll partners, HR leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management
•Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
•Coordinate induction and joining formalities.
•Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and other HR communications.
•Handle employee exits, resignation acceptance, clearance process, and Full & Final settlement coordination.
•Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

HR Operations & HRMS Management
•Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data through HRMS.
•Ensure accurate employee master data management.
•Coordinate HR automation and workflow processes.
•Generate HR reports and dashboards on attendance, attrition, manpower, leave, and employee data.
