Skills Required
Experience in analysis, Design & Estimation of Steel/Concrete structures. (Experience in Telecom structures will be added advantage).
Good knowledge on design standards (Steel & RCC codes).
Knowledge in Tower Load Validation Activity, Pole load validation activity, Antenna Loading Survey. Existing building analysis. Solution to install the pole/tower on the building
Read/understand the customer specification and perform the designs as per the fabrication standards.
Good knowledge on design software’s (STAAD, Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel).
Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced multi-disciplined environment with robust attention to detail and be able contribute to the success of the team
Requires good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Good Knowledge on Stress and Loads calculation & Structural design fundamentals.
Requires Co-ordination of Drawings with Detailing and good knowledge on Detailed and Erection/ Fabrication Drawings.
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech / BE (CIVIL)
M.Tech/ME in Structural Engineering or equivalent will be preferred.
Work Experience
10 to 20 years of intensified designing experience (Structures) in a reputed civil design organization
and should be capable of designing various civil structures.
Experience in retrofit design of structures for enhancing the structural strength and stability
