Role Description
We are looking for an AI Product Consultant to join our team in Jaipur.
This is a client-facing role at the intersection of AI, SaaS, consulting, sales, and customer success.



You will work directly with businesses to understand their requirements, demonstrate Vardan AI's capabilities, recommend the right solutions, and help customers successfully adopt AI Voice Agents and automation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding customer business processes, use cases, and communication workflows.
Conducting product demonstrations and solution discussions with prospective and existing customers.
Consulting customers on how AI Voice Agents, CRM, telephony, and automation can improve their operations.
Translating business requirements into product configurations and implementation plans.
Working closely with implementation, product, and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
Supporting customer onboarding, training, and product adoption.
Identifying opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts.
Gathering customer feedback and sharing actio
