The Prospect
KRPVT Group is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group's finance function and play a key role in shaping financial strategy, governance, capital allocation, and sustainable growth across its multiple business entities.





The ideal candidate will be a commercially oriented finance leader who can combine strong financial governance with strategic business thinking and work closely with the Group's leadership to drive profitable and sustainable growth.

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Senior finance leadership / CFO / Group CFO experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Group finance function across multiple companies, covering financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, audit, and statutory compliance.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and long term financial strategy across business verticals.
Partner with Group leadership on business planning, profitability, investment decisions, capital allocation, and growth strategy.
