Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head – Global Capability Centre to lead the firm's
centralized analyst engine responsible for delivering high-quality client-facing
investment research, portfolio reviews, proposals, IPS documents, product notes,
and MIS. The role will drive operational excellence, technology adoption, stakeholder
management, and team development while ensuring institutional-quality output at
scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and lead the analyst function, including hiring, training, and resource
planning.
• Establish quality standards and oversee portfolio reviews, proposals, IPS
documents, and investment deliverables.
• Drive productivity through process optimization, automation, AI adoption, and
analytics tools.
• Partner with Investment Counsellors, RM teams, Technology, and Product
teams to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
• Monitor SLAs, governance, compliance, quality metrics, and stakeholder
satisfaction while developing analyst talent.




Desired Candidate Profile
• 10–15 years of experience in investment research, wealth advisory, or
financial services with significant UHNI client exposure and 5+ years leading
teams.
• Solid knowledge of Indian and global asset classes, including Mutual Funds,
PMS, AIFs, NCDs, REITs/InvITs, and offshore investments.
• Experience driving technology, AI adoption, and process automation within
research or analytics functions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence
skills.
Educational Qualifications
• CFA, CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent from a reputed institution.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or shared services
environment.
• Familiarity with investment analytics platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled
research tools.
