Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding in the IT industry.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.




Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and candidate communication.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to support onboarding activities.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.

Required Experience
6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in the IT industry.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals,
