Role Description This is a full time, remote role for a Growth Marketing Associate. In this position, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will help conduct market and audience research, analyze campaign data, and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the creation of marketing assets, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing reports and insights. You will also contribute to testing new growth tactics, refining funnels, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
Strong Experience and understanding of Google is a must
Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing, including analyzing audience behavior, competitive landscapes, and campaign performance.
Familiarity with Sales processes and growth funnels, with an understanding of how marketing activities support lead generation and conversion.
