About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Specialist to join our Finance/Controllership team. The role will be responsible for accounting activities related to fixed assets, inventory and contract assets, and purchases/payables. The individual will also support month-end close activities, including preparation of relevant documentation and providing audit support as required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting for fixed assets, inventory, contract assets, and purchases/payables, including related month-end and year-end close activities.




Perform account reconciliations in accordance with IGAAP and US GAAP.
Respond to audit requests and support compliance with financial policies.
Support financial transitions, system migrations, and restructuring initiatives.
Prepare journal entries, cost allocations, and FX revaluations.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation.

Skills & Tools

Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
Strong knowledge of IFC, SOX, and IGAAP/US GAAP requirements.
Robust analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in process improvement, transitions, and automation initiatives.
NetSuite experience will be an added advantage.
