About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically solid Analyst – Debt Syndication to join our Debt Syndication / Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team.

The role involves credit assessment, financial analysis,



transaction evaluation, debt structuring support and execution of corporate debt fundraising transactions.

The candidate will work closely with senior investment banking professionals to understand borrower businesses, analyse financial performance and cash flows, assess creditworthiness, evaluate funding requirements and prepare transaction materials for banks, NBFCs, AIFs, private credit funds and institutional investors.

The role provides exposure to corporate debt transactions across a wide range of financing requirements, including term loans, working capital, structured debt, refinancing, project finance, acquisition finance, NCDs/bonds and private credit.
