Role Description This is a full-time, in office Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer role located in Kolkata. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and checking drawings, specifications, and calculations; ensuring compliance with local codes and standards; and coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors,



and vendors. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring installation quality, resolving technical issues, and optimizing systems for safety, efficiency, and sustainability. The engineer will also support project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering for building services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Building Services skills, including system design and integration for multi-storey buildings.
Candidates should possess practical Plumbing skills, including layout design, pipe sizing, water supply, drainage systems, and fixture selection.
