Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, courteous, and well-organized Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities, telephone communication, visitor coordination, and routine administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English, a pleasant personality, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception
Welcome and assist visitors, guests,



employees, and other stakeholders professionally.
Manage the reception/front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
Attend and respond to incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate department/person.
Maintain visitor records, call registers, and other front-office documentation.
Coordinate visitor appointments and meetings.
Receive and distribute letters, courier, and other official communications.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Telecalling & Communication
Make and receive telephone calls as required for organizational activities.
Communicate with beneficiaries, families, vendors, visitors, staff, and other stakeholders.
Follow up on calls and maintain proper records of communication.
Provide accurate information about the organization and direct queries to the concerned team.
