Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead Data Engineering to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with delivery leadership,
requiring the ability to manage a team of 10 15 Data Engineers while remaining hands-on with data architecture, solution design, and implementation.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can bridge business and technology, drive Agile delivery, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of complex data engineering programs.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering projects.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to engineering teams.
Review architecture, code, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and best practices.
Drive adoption of up-to-date data engineering patterns and cloud-native architectures.
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of 10 15 Data Engineers.
Allocate work across the team and manage delivery capacity.
