Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Freshers Welcome Location: Fracto Ventures Private Limited

Fracto Ventures is a rapid-growing software services startup building AI-powered OCR and Document Workflow Automation solutions that help businesses digitize processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are eager to start their career in B2B SaaS sales, AI solutions, and business development.

As an SDR at Fracto Ventures, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and creating sales opportunities for the founding and sales teams. You will engage with CEOs, CXOs, Product Heads, Operations Heads, and other decision-makers across industries.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are confident communicators, curious about AI and SaaS products, and comfortable with outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Identify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries





Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

Connect with CEOs, CXOs, Product Heads, Operations Heads, and decision-makers

Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales/founding team

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in CRM or internal tracking tools

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for outreach messaging, research, and proposal support

Support market and competitor research to improve sales targeting

Work closely with the founding team to build and improve the sales development process

Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, AI, automation, or technology solutions

Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach

Basic understanding of CRM tools

Exposure to SaaS, AI, or software products

Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS and AI sales
