Role & responsibilities:




- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales of core insurance software and Insurtech solutions, owning the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers across insurance carriers, brokers, and digital insurance ecosystems within the target regions.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and new business targets.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, senior executives, and key decision-makers within insurance organizations.
- Manage complex enterprise sales engagements, including lead qualification, solution presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer onboarding.
