Overview
A leading global technology company is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive the optimisation, governance, and scalability of its Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and revenue operations infrastructure.
This role will be responsible for centralising functional ownership across the GTM technology ecosystem, improving operational efficiency, accelerating automation, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming sales processes, implementing AI-enabled capabilities, improving system integrations, and ensuring GTM teams have the tools, workflows, and insights required to support revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities




Lead the design, optimisation, and governance of Salesforce and wider GTM technology platforms.
Own the improvement of sales processes by removing manual workflows and implementing automation across revenue systems.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams to deliver integrated and scalable GTM solutions.
Design and optimise end-to-end sales processes including lead management, qualification workflows, pipeline processes, and team handoffs.
Establish governance frameworks and best practices for integrations, data quality, system usage, and operational workflows.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new GTM technologies to improve productivity and support revenue growth.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled functionality across existing platforms to improve efficiency and automation.
