Job Description




Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained across all food production and service areas.
Conduct regular hygiene inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP and other applicable food safety requirements.
Monitor food handling, storage, temperature control, personal hygiene and sanitation practices.
Conduct regular hygiene training and awareness sessions for Heartists.
Maintain all hygiene-related records, checklists, reports and documentation.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments on hygiene-related matters.
Monitor pest control activities and ensure timely corrective action.
Support internal and external hygiene audits and inspections.
Identify hygiene risks and ensure appropriate corrective measures are implemented.
Investigate food safety and hygiene-related complaints or incidents and recommend corrective actions.
