*We are hiring a US Payroll & Accounts Specialist to support our US finance and billing operations from our India office. You will handle end-to-end weekly payroll for travel healthcare professionals, manage accounts receivable and payable,



and oversee MSP billing through VMS portals — all in sync with US business hours.

*Payroll:
- Process weekly W2 and 1099 payroll for travel nurses, allied health, and locum professionals
- Calculate tax-free housing and meal stipends per IRS guidelines
- Handle multi-state federal, state, and local tax deductions
- Coordinate with recruiters to validate hours, overtime, and shift differentials
- Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies promptly

Accounts Receivable:
- Invoice hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and MSP clients
- Maintain AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- MSP Billing and VMS Portals:
- Track MSP billing cycles, rate confirmations, and contract compliance
- Resolve billing disputes, credit memos, and short payments
- Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor and contractor invoices within agreed
