About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and street-smart Field Sales Manager to spearhead our direct-to-consumer outreach in Visakhapatnam. In this role, you will take our premium chocolates directly to the customer by organizing, setting up, and managing promotional sales tents within premium gated residential communities, malls across Vizag.

Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach: Identify, approach, and secure permissions from RWA (Resident Welfare Association)



committees to set up promotional kiosks/tents in premium gated communities across Vizag.
• On-Ground Execution: Manage the end-to-end logistics of setting up the sales tent, arranging attractive product displays, and ensuring a premium brand presentation.
• Direct Sales & Pitching: Engage directly with residents, conduct product sampling, and passionately pitch our premium offerings to drive on-the-spot sales.
• Brand Education: Educate customers about our unique value propositions, such as our real Swiss chocolate, pure cocoa butter ingredients, and exclusive Dubai-style JUVA bars.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Operations & Reporting: Manage daily inventory, handle cash and digital payments securely, and report sales metrics and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales, direct B2 C
