Responsibilities
Design and develop high‑quality, learner‑centered learning experiences for external audiences, aligned to defined learning objectives, experience frameworks, and curriculum standards
Execute externally focused learning strategy, producing instructional designs, storyboards, scripts, slide decks, facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting assets
Develop digital, blended,



and instructor‑led learning experiences intended for clients, partners, and ecosystem participants, using established templates, tools, and design standards
Leverage AI‑enabled tools to accelerate the creation of draft learning designs, storyboards, scripts, and content outlines, applying instructional expertise to validate, refine, and finalize outputs
Apply sound instructional and learning experience design judgment to ensure AI‑assisted outputs meet learning objectives, qualified audience expectations
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help shape complex, technical, or domain‑specific content into effective learning experiences for external learners
Support ongoing curriculum maintenance, enhancements, and revisions across an existing portfolio of externally delivered learning assets
Support the implementation of translations and localization, including preparing content for handoff, addressing design considerations, and
