About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Manager – Client Acquisition to join our Debt Syndication / Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team.

The role is focused on acquiring corporate clients,



originating debt mandates and driving transactions in the ₹50 crore–₹500+ crore range.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Heads and Corporate Decision-Makers, along with a sound understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis and debt structuring.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and acquire new corporate clients for debt fundraising.
Build and maintain relationships with Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers and senior finance professionals.
Identify corporate funding requirements across:
Term Loans
Working Capital
Structured Debt
NCDs / Bonds
Refinancing
Acquisition Finance
Project Finance
Private Credit / Structured Finance
Understand the client's business, funding requirement, capital structure and repayment capacity.
Analyse financial statements, CMA data, projections and cash flows.
Evaluate key credit parameters including Debt/Equity, Net Debt/EBITDA, Interest Coverage, DSCR, FCCR and Ca
