About the Role
The Head of Reporting & Analytics is responsible for establishing a robust, accurate, and insight-driven reporting and analytics function that supports strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and performance management across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
8–12 years of experience in reporting, retail analytics, MIS, FP&A;, or financial services analytics.
Strong experience within NBFCs, banking, or lending institutions preferred.
Proven track record of leading large‑scale reporting and analytics functions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead advanced reporting & analytics to generate actionable insights
Own and govern all management, regulatory, and operational MIS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Define standardized metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across business, credit, operations, finance, and risk.
Act as the single source of truth for performance reporting across multiple systems & functions.
Translate raw data into business insights for leadership, enabling proactive risk mitigation and growth optimization.
Oversee development and deployment of interactive dashboards and self-service reports (e.g., Power BI) for senior
