About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales & Business Development professional with solid experience in agency or service-sector sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of bringing in new client accounts, building long-term relationships, understanding client requirements, and supporting account retention through consistent engagement.

This role requires someone who can identify business opportunities, pitch service offerings confidently, convert leads into clients,



and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and market research.
Pitch company services to potential clients across sectors such as healthcare, education, F&B;, retail, social impact, politics, and emerging businesses.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, understand their business challenges, and present suitable service solutions.
Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, and scope documents in coordination with the internal team.
Negotiate commercials and close deals in line with company objectives.

Account Management & Retention
Build strong relationships with clients after onboarding and support long-term retention.
