Role Description:




The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for IPCE’s electrical solutions and switchboard offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, involving daily outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and skilled networks, as well as maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The role includes conducting market research to understand industry segments, customer needs, and competitive offerings, and generating targeted prospect lists aligned with the company’s growth objectives. The Lead Generation Executive will collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, share lead insights, and support the preparation of proposals and presentations.
