We are looking for Project Coordinators to join a Government Project in Bihar and support the successful implementation of district-level programs and field operations.

What You’ll Do :-
Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities and program implementation.
Manage district-level project coordination and field operations.
Coordinate with government officials, local stakeholders, field teams and partner organizations.
Monitor project activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Conduct field visits and support on-ground project execution.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project trackers, status reports and documentation.
Collect,



organize and maintain project-related data and records.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Identify operational challenges and coordinate for effective resolution.
Support the project team in monitoring, reporting and overall project management.
✅ Who Can Apply?
* Graduate in any discipline
* 1+ year of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Field Coordination, Program Implementation, Client Coordination or a related role
* Good Hindi & English communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets and reporting tools
* Solid coordination, communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple activities, timelines and stakeholders
* Comfortable with field visits and district-level travel
* Candidates from Darbhanga and nearby districts are encouraged to apply
