The brand currently specializes in roasted peanut products in convenient retail and bulk packs and is expanding into a broader range of snacks, including roasted chana, namkeen mixtures, makhana, dry fruits, seed mixes, trail mixes, and peanut butter. BundleNuts emphasizes fresh taste, reliable quality, attractive packaging, and strong distribution to build long-term customer trust. The company aims to grow from a local Jhansi brand into a recognized regional FMCG snack brand across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and other markets.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Jhansi, India. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and onboarding current retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.



Daily activities include visiting market areas, presenting product portfolios, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring adequate visibility and placement of BundleNuts products at point-of-sale locations. The role also involves tracking sales performance, collecting market feedback, coordinating with internal teams on stock availability and deliveries, and supporting promotional activities. The Sales Officer will work closely with management to meet sales targets and contribute to regional expansion plans.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and addressing partner and buyer needs effectively.
Lead Generation and Channel Sales experience to identify new opportunities, develop distribution networks, and expand market reach.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present products clearly, negotiate deals, and coordinate with internal teams.
