Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Manager role based in Chennai. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, understanding business objectives,



and ensuring delivery of agreed digital marketing and web development solutions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on campaign planning and execution, monitoring project timelines and performance, and preparing regular reports and presentations on campaign results. The role involves identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, managing budgets, and supporting clients with strategic recommendations to enhance their online presence. The Account Manager will also handle issue resolution, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and client satisfaction.
