About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our sales and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with healthcare technology solutions and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.




Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build client relationships and drive business growth.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or hospital-related sales will be an added advantage.
