Cloutflow is building the AI-first operating system for influencer marketing—helping enterprise brands discover the right creators, run campaigns across agencies, review content, measure performance, and make better decisions at scale.

We work with large brands across FMCG, beauty, consumer tech and D2C. Our product already powers real enterprise workflows; now we are building the intelligence layer that makes it genuinely smarter.

We are looking for an exceptional Applied AI Engineer who can take an ambiguous business problem, experiment with AI approaches, evaluate what actually works, and turn it into a reliable production capability.

This is not a “train a foundation model from scratch” role. It is a high-ownership product-and-AI role at the intersection of models, data, evaluation, workflows, and customer value.

What you’ll own

Build AI capabilities across creator intelligence, brand-fit analysis, creator recommendations, content/script review, campaign insights, briefs, reporting and workflow automation.




Translate complex user needs into structured AI problems—for example, understanding what a brand truly means by “find the right creators.”
Design and run experiments using LLMs, multimodal models, embeddings, ranking methods, rules and predictive models.
Create robust evaluation frameworks: test datasets, quality rubrics, benchmark runs, human feedback loops, error analysis and monitoring.
Build production-grade AI pipelines that are accurate, rapid, explainable and cost-efficient.
Work closely with product, design, data and engineering to ship features—not just demos.
Use our creator, campaign and performance data to create proprietary intelligence over time.
Identify failure modes: hallucinations, weak recommendations, unsafe outputs, data gaps, inconsistent scoring and customer trust issues.
Help define our technical architecture for AI features, including retrieval, orchestration, structured outputs, observability and model/vendor selection.
