Job Description: Assistant Manager / Manager – Media Planning (Digital)

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive digital planning professional to lead media strategy, planning, and execution across digital channels. The role involves managing client accounts, developing media plans, optimizing campaigns, and delivering actionable insights to drive business results.
REPORTING: Director, Digital
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand client briefs and develop effective digital media strategies and plans.
Manage digital media planning and buying for assigned accounts.
Execute, monitor, optimize, and report on digital campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta.
Collaborate with internal teams (Biddable, Ad Ops, Analytics) for seamless campaign execution.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
4–5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying.




Postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
Robust understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and audience targeting.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Campaign Manager (Double Click/DART), Similarweb, Comscore, or equivalent.
Exposure to performance marketing and programmatic media planning is preferred.

Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
