Dubai is our international head office and the launchpad for our next phase of growth. We're hiring a Business Head to own it.
The Role As Business Head — UAE / SAARC , based at our Dubai head office, you will own RTHYMS's commercial growth across the UAE, SAARC, and expansion markets in Asia-Pacific. Your mandate spans two things:
Grow the platform — onboard artists, labels, and marketing agencies (local and global) onto RTHYMS across countries.




Grow the revenue — bring in business and hit sales KPIs across our three revenue engines: distribution, marketing, and brands.
This is a revenue-owning, market-building leadership role for someone who has run a music business across borders and knows the artists, labels, and marketing ecosystems of the region personally.
What You'll Own Artist, label & agency onboarding — Drive acquisition of artists, labels, influencers, and marketing agencies onto the RTHYMS platform — from local independent talent to global companies — across the UAE, SAARC, and beyond.
Sales KPIs across all revenue lines — Own and deliver commercial targets across distribution (catalog and artist sign-ups), marketing (RTHYMS's automated ad and campaign products), and brands (sponsorships, brand partnerships, and integrated deals).
Market expansion across Asia — Lead exploration and entry into new markets: build the playbook, identify local
