Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and support the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with marketing and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, and tracking performance against revenue targets.



The role involves regular client meetings, networking, and participation in industry events to expand Buzz B’s market presence, as well as ongoing reporting and forecasting to leadership.

Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
Client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and handle stakeholder expectations.
Market research and analytical skills to assess opportunities, understand competition, and interpret performance data.
Basic understanding of marketing and digital strategies, with interest in AI-driven campaigns and innovative solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
