We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to lead engineering teams, drive technical delivery, and build scalable enterprise applications.

? Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage Java & AEM engineering teams.
• Drive technical design, architecture, development, and delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and AEM.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, CI/CD, automation, and Agile delivery.
• Own technical delivery, estimation, resource planning, risks, and technical dependencies.
• Conduct design and code reviews and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Support team development through mentoring, technical guidance, and capability building.





? Required Technical Skills
✅ Strong experience in Java / J2EE
✅ Spring Boot & Microservices
✅ REST APIs / Web Services
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
✅ Experience with HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Sling & JCR
✅ AEM component development and integrations
✅ Understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns
✅ Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
✅ Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions
✅ Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes is a plus

? What We're Looking For
• 9–15 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Robust Java + AEM technical background.
• Prior experience in engineering/team leadership or management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to balance technical leadership, people management, and delivery ownership.
