Job Purpose
BSS operation & Maintenance
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
* Responsible for Operations & maintenance of transmission and BTS (LTE, WCDM,
GSM) equipment 24X7.
* Preventive Maintenance of BSS Network Elements (BTS & Microwave).
* Maintain network uptime as per defined SLA.
* Rectification of alarms (BTS/MW) within defined SLA.
* Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff.
* Manage cluster Inventory of BSS nodes.
* Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network
KPI improvement.
* Integration , Commissioning and, troubleshooting(BTS-RBS2000 and RBS6000 and
MW ( Ericsson Traffic Node & Huawei RTN)
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Good Knowledge Ericsson equipment, Baseband (5216, 6630) and Ericsson MW, VSWR
and alarm handling and fault Rectification.
