We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team as a permanent, full-time employee, also acting as Product Owner for TaskRay, our Professional Service Project/Task management application within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role owns the functional design and business process side of the broader Salesforce platform,



translating global sales operations needs into configured, scalable solutions, while also owning the TaskRay product backlog and prioritization that guides the development team's delivery on that application. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in Salesforce and CRM-driven sales processes, strong business analysis skills, Agile product ownership experience, and the ability to lead process improvement independently. This role partners closely with global IT and the development team to ensure solutions are grounded in sound process design, data models, and industry best practices, and that TaskRay delivery stays aligned with business priorities.
