Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for children and adults,



including conducting detailed evaluations and preparing individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress notes, and updating intervention plans based on response to treatment. The role involves collaborating closely with audiologists, psychologists, behavioral therapists, occupational therapists, and families to ensure coordinated care and holistic support. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in case discussions, maintain accurate clinical records, provide caregiver training, and contribute to community and educational outreach as needed.
Qualifications

Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders, with the ability to design and deliver individualized treatment plans.
Knowledge and experience in assessing and treating Language Disorders and Communication Disorders across age groups.
Skills in evaluating and managing Dysphag
