Overview of the Role
As a Veeva Vault Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Veeva Vault solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust document management, compliance, and streamlined business processes, directly impacting the efficiency and regulatory readiness of our Life Sciences and Healthcare clients.

Detailed Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of Veeva Vault applications for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Manage and optimize document management workflows, data migration, and system integrations within the Veeva Vault platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver user training and support.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and best practice guidelines.
Monitor system performance,



troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Veeva and internal IT teams for prompt resolution.
Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant regulations.
Participate in project planning, testing, and validation activities to support successful project delivery.
Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing and supporting Veeva Vault solutions, preferably in the pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector.
Robust understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory requirements for document management in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in system configuration, data migrations, and integration methods for Veeva Vault.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
