Role Description The Counselor will provide guidance to prospective and current learners on entrepreneurship-focused programs, admissions, and academic pathways in a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. The Counselor will also participate in outreach activities, information sessions,



and events to build awareness about the institute’s programs, while offering ongoing support to ensure a positive learner experience.

Understanding of entrepreneurship, business basics, or educational programs related to enterprise and career development.

Proficiency with office productivity tools and digital communication platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Social Work, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Prior experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or student support services is highly beneficial.
