The team focuses on building strong relationships with students and institutions to ensure a smooth and transparent journey abroad.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving student recruitment growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets for the overseas education consultancy. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with universities and B2B partners, and leading sales initiatives.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets.





Identify and generate new student leads through schools, colleges, seminars, events, and digital platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutions, and b2b partners.

Establish tie-ups with schools, coaching centres, and corporate organizations.

Conduct regular seminars in school/colleges, webinars, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market analysis.

Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented with strong sales acumen.

Knowledge of overseas education markets (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).

Previous exposure to overseas education consulting or international admissions processes is highly desirable.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to tracking pipelines and conversions.
