Role Description

Twin Two is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help build and manage affiliate programs for our clients across traditional affiliate channels and TikTok Shop.

This role will focus on developing relationships with publishers, affiliate partners, influencers, creators, TikTok affiliates, deal sites, content sites, review sites, and other performance marketing partners who can help drive traffic, awareness, and sales for our clients.

The ideal candidate already has experience managing affiliate relationships and understands how to recruit, activate, communicate with, and grow affiliate partners for e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities




Develop and manage affiliate programs for Twin Two clients
Recruit traditional affiliates, publishers, content partners, review sites, deal sites, and commerce media partners
Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates, creators, and influencers
Build relationships with affiliates who can promote client products and drive sales
Identify recent affiliate opportunities based on client categories, products, goals, and target audiences
Communicate with affiliates regularly to share product information, promotions, commissions, and campaign opportunities
Help create affiliate outreach messages, campaign briefs, product seeding plans, and promotional calendars
Coordinate with internal teams on product listings, offers, promo codes, creative assets, samples, and commission structures
Monitor affiliate performance, sales, clicks, conversions, ROAS, commission costs, and campaign results
Help optimize affiliate programs
