Job Title: IVF Counsellor Department: Patient Counselling / Clinical Services

Experience: 1–3 Years (IVF/Fertility experience preferred)

We are seeking a compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused IVF Counsellor to guide and support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate will provide counselling, explain treatment plans, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Candidates who can communicate fluently in Bengali will be given preference to effectively assist Bengali-speaking patients.

Preferred Language: Bengali (Fluency in Hindi and English is also desirable.)

Counsel patients and couples regarding fertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available treatment options.

Explain treatment plans, investigations, medication schedules, and financial packages in a transparent and empathetic manner.

Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and the front office.

Address patient concerns, provide emotional support,



and ensure a positive patient experience.

Maintain accurate patient records and update counselling notes in the Hospital Information System (HIS)/CRM.

Coordinate with the billing and operations teams to facilitate smooth patient services.

Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an IVF Counsellor, Patient Counsellor, or Healthcare Counsellor.

Experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre is highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English .

Ability to communicate medical information in a simple and patient-friendly manner.

Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS)/CRM.

Fluent in Bengali (mandatory preference).

Experience in IVF, fertility, gynecology, or women's healthcare.

Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts, if required.
