The company focuses on lowering entry barriers to real estate investing, making it more accessible for modern investors to participate in this asset class. Alt DRX offers a diverse portfolio of investment opportunities, including rental housing, prime land, holiday homes, and more across India, helping investors diversify and pursue profitable returns. Sales Manager – Investments is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales and investment growth on Alt DRX’s digital real estate marketplace. This role includes identifying and acquiring recent investors, nurturing existing relationships, and managing a robust pipeline of investment opportunities across residential opportunities on the platform. Sales Manager will conduct client meetings and presentations, explain tokenized real estate products,



and align offerings with investor risk profiles and return expectations. Day-to-day activities include developing and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with marketing and product teams on campaigns and investor education, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular performance and forecast reports for leadership. The individual is also expected to mentor junior sales team members, uphold regulatory and compliance standards, and represent Alt DRX at industry events and investor forums.

Proven experience in investment sales, wealth management, real estate investments, or fintech-based financial products, preferably in a senior or managerial capacity.

Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship management, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly and confidently.
