Customer Support Executive – International Voice/Chat Process Location: Pune

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and customer-centric professionals to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently across multiple channels.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Immediate joiners will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and chat channels.

Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.





Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer issues effectively.

Adhere to service quality standards, productivity metrics, and company policies.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
