Educational Qualification:
PG-Rural Dev./ MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or abroad.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of Experience on CB of community institutions, designing CB architecture, CB plan, preparing training modules, manuals, training, schedules & develop training feedback system, designing IEC, training hand books/reading materials.
Must have Experience on training centers development & management. Must have working Experience in NRLM program.
Preference shall be given to the candidates who have working Experience in NRLM program for minimum three years
Salary: 6 LPA-7.2 LPA Based on relevant Experience.
